Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: July 13, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.visioncenterslv.com, including its pages, features, forms, communications, and related online services operated by The Vision Centers (“The Vision Centers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. Please discontinue use of the website if you do not agree with them.
1. Website Purpose
The Vision Centers’ website provides general information about our practice, locations, providers, eye care services, eyewear, contact lenses, insurance participation, appointment availability, and related subjects.
Website information is provided for general informational and administrative purposes. It is not a substitute for an examination, diagnosis, treatment plan, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
2. No Medical Advice
Content available through this website does not constitute medical advice and should not be used to diagnose or treat an eye condition or other health issue.
A website inquiry, form submission, email, telephone call, or text message does not establish a doctor-patient relationship by itself.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding questions about your health, symptoms, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Medical Emergencies
The website and its communication forms are not intended for emergencies.
Do not use the website, email, or text messaging to seek emergency medical assistance. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate assistance from an appropriate emergency medical provider.
4. Appointment Requests
Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee an appointment or confirm a particular date, time, provider, service, or location.
An appointment is not confirmed until The Vision Centers provides confirmation.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, scheduling, insurance, and patient information. Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Additional appointment, cancellation, payment, insurance, or office policies may be communicated separately and will continue to apply.
5. Insurance and Payment Information
Information regarding insurance participation, coverage, pricing, discounts, or benefits is provided for general informational purposes and is not a guarantee of coverage or payment.
Insurance plans, provider participation, eligibility, benefits, deductibles, copayments, and coverage terms may change. You are responsible for confirming coverage with your insurance carrier and for charges not paid by your insurer.
Product prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice unless otherwise required by law.
6. The Vision Centers Messaging Program
By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively consenting to receive text messages, you agree that The Vision Centers may send SMS or MMS messages to the number you provided.
Messages may include:
Appointment-request responses
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Scheduling or rescheduling communications
Patient service follow-up
Eyewear or contact lens order updates
Answers to inquiries
Practice announcements
Promotional or marketing messages, when you have consented to receive them
Messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing or messaging system.
Message frequency varies based on your appointments, requests, interactions, and preferences. Recurring messages may be sent. Message and data rates may apply.
Your wireless carrier’s messaging and data charges may apply according to the terms of your mobile service plan.
Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or receiving any service.
7. SMS Opt-Out and Assistance
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message from The Vision Centers.
You may receive one final text message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed. After that confirmation, no additional messages will be sent through that messaging program unless you provide consent again.
For assistance, reply HELP or contact The Vision Centers at one of the telephone numbers listed below.
Requests sent using other words or through other communication channels may not be recognized immediately as automated opt-out requests. Replying STOP is the recommended method for promptly opting out.
8. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside The Vision Centers’ complete control. Text messaging may not be available through all carriers, devices, or service plans.
You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number you provide is accurate and belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of information are governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:
